Shakespeare Faces Retirement

David Bevington, the Phyllis Fay Horton Professor in the Humanities, talks with his colleague Shadi Bartsch, Professor in Classical Languages & Literatures, at the recent Ryerson Lecture event. Bevington delivered the Ryerson Lecture this year to faculty and the Board of Trustees. He will present the same speech, “Shakespeare Faces Retirement,” to students and staff at 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, in Swift Lecture Hall. An informal reception will follow.
