Open enrollment reminder

Open enrollment for 1999 benefit elections is fast approaching. The enrollment system will open on Monday, Nov. 16, and close at midnight on Wednesday, Nov. 25.

Employees may phone (800) 545-3352 to enroll by phone or may access the Internet at http://www.my-benefits.com to enroll online. Employees who need information about any of the University’s benefit programs can find detailed information on the Internet.

To assist employees who would like to enroll online but do not have a computer with access to the Internet, the Crerar training room is available on: Friday, Nov. 20, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 23, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 24, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 25, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
