Bateman new head of Employee & Labor Relations

For the past three years, Bateman was Associate Director of Human Resources Management. During this time she negotiated labor contracts, established and implemented new programs and managed the day-to-day activities of that office. She previously served as Manager of HRM's Employment, Compensation and Information Systems units and served for two years as Project Manager for Human Resources in the design and implementation of the current Payroll/Personnel System.
