Changes made in tour schedules

Changes have been announced in the schedules for tours of campus and Frank Lloyd Wright's Robie House.

Campus tours, regularly given at 10 a.m. on Saturdays, will be given by appointment only from Sunday, Dec. 8, through Friday, April 4. Regularly scheduled tours will resume on Saturday, April 5. To schedule a tour or for more information, call 702-8374.

Robie House tours, held daily at noon, will continue through Friday, Dec. 20, and then will be suspended for the holidays. Tours will resume Monday, Dec. 30, and continue through Tuesday, Jan. 21, when tours will be suspended until further notice. Plans call for Robie House to be re-opened to the public as a house museum under the direction of the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio Foundation. Robie House will be restored to its original condition over a period of several years, beginning in 1997. For more information about Robie House tours, call 702-8374.

Groups of 10 or more people must call ahead to make arrangements both for tours of campus and of Robie House, as well as for all architectural tours of Rockefeller Chapel.
