    Q101 coming to campus

"Rock alternative" radio station Q101 will be broadcasting live from Hutchinson Courtyard, next to the newly renovated Reynolds Club, from 1 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29.

Q101 (WKQX-101.1 FM), one of the city's most popular radio stations, is returning to campus for the second time in three years. While broadcasting from campus, disc jockeys will conduct on-air interviews with students and present special activities.

"We hope to create a carnival atmosphere during our broadcast," said Steve Levy, Q101 promotions manager. "And we know Chicago students are ready to rock."
