Library policy changes announced

In conjunction with the University Library's installation of Horizon, a new on-line catalog system, several changes have been made to the Library's circulation policy.

Effective June 19:

_ Regular materials charged by students and staff will be due once each quarter.

_ Books borrowed from Harper Library will have the same loan period as materials charged elsewhere in the Library system.

Effective autumn quarter:

_ The $1 notice fee for failing to renew or return regular materials will be eliminated.

_ Reserve and recall fines will increase so that materials will be more readily available.
