Caption: University lends Heisman Trophy

Led by Maroons co-captain Derrick Brooms, University football players deliver the first Heisman Trophy, won by Jay Berwanger (A.B.'36) in 1935, to the Museum of Science and Industry. The trophy is on loan to the museum for the exhibition "Sport," a new hands-on exhibition on the science of sports, which opens Friday, Feb. 3.
