Autumn Convocation Dec. 17

Autumn Convocation ceremonies will begin at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, in Rockefeller Memorial Chapel. Approximately 515 degrees will be conferred.

Convocation speaker Anthony Mahowald, Louis Block Professor and Chairman of Molecular Genetics & Cell Biology, will present "Knowledge and Change."

Degree candidates should enter the chapel through the east carriage door and proceed to the undercroft. Candidates not present in the undercroft at 2:15 p.m. will not be permitted to march.

The main doors of the chapel will open at 2:15 p.m.; no guests will be admitted before then.

Gowns may be picked up in the west lounge on the second floor of Ida Noyes Hall between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, and between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17. For more information, call 702-2513.
