'Messiah' tickets available

Tickets for the annual holiday performance of Handel's "Messiah" at Rockefeller Memorial Chapel are on sale by mail through Friday, Nov. 26. After that date, remaining tickets will be sold at the Reynolds Club Bookstore Branch. All seating is unreserved.

Performances are scheduled for 2 and 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12. The concert will feature the Rockefeller Memorial Chapel Choir, the Motet Choir and Symphony of the Shores, under the direction of conductor Bruce Tammen and concertmaster Jeri-Lou Zike.

Tickets are $10. To order, send a check payable to Rockefeller Memorial Chapel with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to "Messiah," Rockefeller Memorial Chapel, 5850 S. Woodlawn Ave., Chicago, Ill. 60637. Be sure to specify the 2 p.m. or 8 p.m. seating. For further information, call 702-6063.
