    Accomplished human resources manager Dilday to join UHRM

    Gwynne Dilday, the current vice president for human resources at the Medical College of Wisconsin, will join the University as Associate Vice President for University Human Resources Management, effective Monday, Jan. 9.

    Dilday has served in her role at the Medical College of Wisconsin for four years, and prior to that position, she served five years as assistant vice president for human resources.

    Dilday also has been director of human resources for Manpower, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisc.; deputy commissioner and vice president for human resources for the City of Boston Department of Health and Hospitals; director and vice president of equal employment and affirmative action for the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority; and deputy manager for administration and personnel for ABT Associates.

    Donald Reaves, Vice President for Administration and Chief Financial Officer at the University, said Dilday's experiences and accomplishments have been broad-reaching and include leadership of all functional areas of human resources, improved service delivery, successful strategic and tactical implementation of HRIS, improved workforce and supplier diversity, and achievement of solid, cooperative relationships with management and labor leaders.

    She holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.
