    Students and alumni came together at the Chicago Graduate School of Business Hyde Park Center for panels, dinner and discussion at the University’s first multicultural career conference, “Diversity in the Workplace: Sharing Knowledge and Promoting Leadership.” The event focused on the value of diversity in the professional world and community building among students and alumni of color. Participants in the panel discussions included Ava Youngblood (M.B.A.,’85), president of her own executive search company.
