Sinaiko, a College classic for 50 years
| Herman Sinaiko (center), Professor in the Humanities Division and the College, gave a reading of Plato’s Phaedrus Thursday, Nov. 18, in the Oriental Institute’s Breasted Hall. After the reading, Sinaiko received flowers to commemorate his 50 years of teaching in the College. Abby Seldon (left), a current student of Sinaiko, and Jean Treese, Associate Dean of Students in the College, who took a class taught by Sinaiko in 1964, presented the bouquet. |
