    An election reminder

Voters who will be unable to reach their polling places for the Tuesday, March 16 Illinois primary election—which falls this year during final exam week for the College and during the first week of the Laboratory Schools’ two-week spring break—may vote by absentee ballot.

To obtain a mail-in absentee ballot application, registered voters may print an application from the Cook County Clerk’s Election Department Web site at http://www.voterinfonet.com, request a ballot by phoning the Cook County Clerk’s Office at (312) 603-0906, or write or visit the Clerk’s office at 69 W. Washington St., Suite 500, Chicago, Ill. 60602. Completed applications should be returned no later than Thursday, March 11.
