    GSB schedules forecast lunch

    Professors Robert Aliber and Marvin Zonis will make predictions for the U.S. economy and the world political economy for 2004 at the Graduate School of Business’ 43rd annual Business Forecast Luncheon Wednesday, Dec. 3, at the Chicago Marriott Downtown, 540 N. Michigan Ave.

    The luncheon also will feature a forecast by alumnus Joel Stern (M.B.A.,’64), managing partner and chief executive of Stern Stewart & Co., New York, a financial policy advisors firm.

    Aliber, Professor of International Economics and Finance, is director of the Center for Studies in International Finance and a senior economic advisor for the Agency for Economic Development, U.S. Department of State.

    Zonis, Professor Emeritus of Business Administration and principal of Marvin Zonis + Associates, Inc., an international risk consulting firm, also is a consultant to the Policy Planning Council, U.S. Department of State, and the National Security Council.
