HR Professional Development Day planned

University Human Resources Management will sponsor an HR Professional Development Day on Wednesday, May 15, to provide human resources administrators with information about developments, issues and topics in the field of human resources management, particularly as they relate to the academic setting at the University.

Participants also will learn to develop personal skills and abilities to help them successfully function with faculty, students, staff and the other constituencies with whom they interact.

The HR Professional Development Day will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the Cloister Room at Ida Noyes Hall. It will begin with opening remarks by President Randel.

A roundtable discussion between deans and senior administrators on human resources management issues will conclude the day. Lunch will not be provided.
