Peter Gonzalez, graduate student

Peter Gonzalez, a student in the Master of Arts Program in the Humanities, died April 1. He was 30.

Gonzalez attended the University as an undergraduate student from 1989 to 1991. He earned a bachelorís degree in philosophy from Florida International University in 2001.

He is survived by his mother and father, Sara and Isidro “Pete” Gonzalez; his stepmother, Allison Kubiak-Gonzalez; and a brother, Omar.
