Parking structure tenants prepare for move-in

One year after the University opened its new parking structure at the corner of 55th Street and Ellis Avenue, more tenants are preparing to move into the lower level of the building.

The Real Estate Operations offices moved in to the south side of the structure last year.

This month, the Parking Office, the Student Housing Office and the University Community Service Center also will move in to the south side.

A bowling alley and restaurant also are scheduled to open on the first floor of the north side of the structure in the Spring Quarter if building permits are received from the City of Chicago in the next several weeks.
