    A new look

Trees, shrubs, granite curbs, concrete and sandstone walkways, and Oxford light posts were installed during Fall Quarter to create a handsome new east entrance to the Main Quadrangle. In the evening, Tivoli lights now mark the border of the entrance from Pick Hall on the south to Eckhart Hall on the north. In the spring, perennial and annual flowerbeds and a number of benches will be installed. The permanent Oxford-style fixtures specially selected for the entryway will be installed in the spring, as well.
