CAPS equips its online reference letter file service with improved features

Career and Placement Services has partnered with Interfolio Inc., the leading provider of online reference file services, to introduce improvements to its reference letter file service for students and alumni.

While CAPS staff will continue to provide counseling and guidance for obtaining reference letters and preparing effective applications, Interfolio will manage the operations of the credentials file services.

The improved services include many features requested by student and alumni reference file users, including one-day service on all file-send requests; complete online management of files; online storage of other application documents, such as curricula vitae, writing samples and cover letters; and reduced fees for mailings.
