On the air: Program with Nagel, Jaeger will air again
The Public Broadcasting System will rebroadcast a segment of Scientific American Frontiers that profiled Sidney Nagel, the Stein-Freiler Distinguished Service Professor in Physics, and his colleague, Heinrich Jaeger, Professor in Physics, in February 1999.The segment will air again Thursday, Feb. 1, on WTTW-Channel 11.
In the program, Nagel and Jaeger explain how seemingly trivial questions about coffee stains and mixed nuts can lead to more complex areas of study in the field of physics.
